What is your return policy?

We guarantee all of the food on our shelves! If your pet does not find it to be satisfactory, bring it back  in the original packaging, with 50%* or more of the product remaining and we will give you a full refund. *Cans of food must remain sealed in order to receive a refund.

What payment methods do you use at your store?

We accept the following payment methods: Credit / Debit Cards Cash / Checks Chew on This Inc. will show up on your bank statements ​

Do you deliver? How much extra does that cost?

Yes we do. You can set up a delivery by calling the store and one of our staff will be happy to help set up your order over the phone. If your order has frozen items on it, you do need to have someone home to take the order or else we cannot drop it off. Please give the store a call for our up to date delivery fees.

What food do you have for pets other than cats and dogs?

We have food for birds, small mammals (hamsters and guinea pigs), as well as crickets, superworms and dubia roaches for your reptilian pets. We do not sell anything for fish or other aquatic creatures.

Can I bring my pet in to shop with me?

Yes! We love to see your furry friends. We ask that they stay on leash while in the store and are safe for our staff, and other shoppers and their pets to be around.

Do you have pets in the store that are adoptable?

Unfortuneatley due to space we do not have any live animals in the store up for adoption at this time.
