What is your return policy?

We guarantee all of the food on our shelves! If you or your pet do not find it to be satisfactory, bring it back to us! We can accept returns on products in the original packaging, with more than 50% of the product remaining, and within 30 days. *Canned food must remain sealed in order to receive a refund.

What payment methods do you use at your store?

We accept the following payment methods: Credit / Debit Cards Cash / Checks Please note that charges from us will appear on your bank statement from "Chew on This Inc." ​

Do you deliver? How much extra does that cost?

We do! You can set up a delivery by calling in, or by visiting the online store. One of our staff will be happy to help set up your order over the phone. If your order includes frozen items, you will need to have someone home to receive the order or else we cannot drop it off. Our delivery fee is $5 within 5 miles or within Corvallis, and 10$ outside of that.

What food do you have for pets other than cats and dogs?

We have food for birds and small mammals; we also have superworms, dubia roaches, crickets, and frozen mice for reptiles, amphibians, and other critters. We do not sell anything for fish or other aquatic creatures.

Can I bring my pet in to shop with me?

Yes! We love to see your furry friends. We ask that they stay on leash while in the store and are safe for our staff, and other shoppers and their pets to be around.

Do you have pets in the store that are adoptable?

Unfortunately, we do not have any animals up for adoption at this time.
